How to Redeem USDe?

Redeeming USDe allows you to convert your USDe back into USDT or USDC. Follow this step-by-step guide to redeem your USDe efficiently.

 

Step 1: Access the Redemption Page

You can access the USDe redemption feature from:

• Earn Page: Tap the USDe earn card and select Redeem USDe.
• Assets Page: Under Spot > USDe, tap “Redeem.”

Step 2: Enter the Amount

• Select the currency you want to receive (USDT or USDC).
• Enter the USDe amount you want to redeem.
• The “To” amount will automatically update based on the estimated exchange rate.

Note: The estimated exchange rate includes service fees and gas costs.

Step 3: Review Your Conversion

Before confirming, review:

• From: Quantity of USDe and its USDT value
• To: Estimated amount of USDT/USDC you will receive
• Interest Accrual: Interest stops accruing for the redeemed portion

Tip: Actual received amounts may vary due to network fees or slippage.

Step 4: Confirm Redemption

• Confirm the transaction.
• You will be notified that the redemption process takes approximately 30+ minutes.

Step 5: Pending Status

• After confirmation, your redemption request enters a pending state.
• You can view:
  • Pending USDe
  • Request timestamp
• Pending amounts are not yet included in your balance or interest calculation.

Step 6: Completion Notification

Once the redemption is complete:

• You will receive a push notification or toast message depending on your app settings.
• Your USDT/USDC balance will be updated.
• The transaction will appear in the conversion history.

Example Notification:

• Success: “You’ve redeemed 5,000 USDe to USDT successfully.”
• Failure: “Redemption of 5,000 USDe failed. Please try again.”

Key Information

Redeeming USDe is simple, with full transparency on estimated amounts, fees, and processing times. Once redeemed, your USDT or USDC can be used for trading, transfers, or other platform features.
