Eligibility
- Each participant may claim the “Community Event #4 Trading Volume Challenge” campaign rewards only once.
- Participants who are found to be involved in fraudulent activities such as wash trading, market manipulation, operation of multiple accounts, and self-dealing will be disqualified.
- Any abnormal activity as determined by Flipster will be eliminated from the promotion.
- Flipster reserves the right of final acceptance of participants.
Bonus
- Participants eligible for the campaign rewards will receive campaign rewards directly into their Flipster accounts by 15 November 2023 by 23:59 UTC
- The “Community Event #4 Trading Volume Challenge” campaign rewards cannot be bartered, redeemed in or exchanged for cash.
- The “Community Event #4 Trading Volume Challenge” campaign rewards awarded in Flipster Bonus can be used as initial margin for trading. Please note that Flipster Bonus cannot be used to directly offset trading losses, as payment for funding fees, converted to other currencies or withdrawn from the Flipster wallet.
- The “Community Event #4 Trading Volume Challenge” campaign rewards awarded in Flipster Bonus has an expiry date of 3 days from the moment that it is credited. Please note however that the expiry date refreshes if you enter into a position or if there is a change in the balance of your Bonus.
- Flipster reserves the right to remove the “Community Event #4 Trading Volume Challenge” campaign rewards awarded in Flipster Bonus at our sole discretion and without prior notice.
Liability
- Flipster or its agents or employees shall not be held liable for any damages or losses arising from event participation. Participants hereby acknowledge and agree not to pursue claims against any damages, loss or expense (including but not limited to participant’s information. software, computer, telephone, or any other electronic or telecommunication devices).
- In case of disputes, the decision of Flipster shall be final and conclusively binding.
- Flipster reserves the right of final interpretation of the event rules including, but not limited to, the above mentioned information regarding trading, funds, and any other risks.
- Should there be any inconsistency between the English and other language versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
