What is the trading fee charged for perpetual swaps in Flipster?
Trading fees are calculated and charged based on the VIP tier that you are in. The higher your VIP tier, the lower the trading fee will be. Please refer to the table below for more details:

| VIP Tier | 30D Trade Volume (in Millions) | 24H Average Asset Balance (USDT) | Taker Fee (Spot & Futures) | Maker Fee (Futures Only) |
| Basic | - | - | 0.05 | 0.02 |
| VIP1 | 5 | 25,000 | 0.045 | 0.02 |

| VIP6 | 250 | - | 0.025 | 0.01 |
*USD1 balances are also considered and will be converted to USDT at the market exchange rate.
How do I calculate the trading fee?
Trading Fee = Filled Quantity * Executed Price * Taker Fee or Maker Fee.
Considering the following examples:
Scenario:
Trader A, a basic-tier trader, has executed a market order for 2 BTCUSDT perpetual swap contracts at 100,000 USDT. As the taker fee is charged at 0.05%, the calculation for the trading fee will be:
2 BTC * 100,000 USDT * 0.05% = 100 USDT
Trader B, a VIP3 trader, has executed a market order for 2 BTCUSDT perpetual swap contracts at 100,000 USDT. As the taker fee is charged at 0.035%, the calculation for the trading fee will be:
2 BTC * 100,000 USDT * 0.035% = 80 USDT
Trader C, a VIP6 trader, has executed a limit order for 5 BTCUSDT perpetual swap contracts at 100,000 USDT. As the maker fee is charged at 0.01%, the calculation for the trading fee will be:
5 BTC * 100,000 USDT * 0.01% = 50 USDT
Note: The example above is shown in USDT. For USD1-quoted pairs, the calculation is done in the same way.
