Dear Flipstars,
You may have come across news of a large database containing previously stolen login credentials that have recently surfaced online.
We want to reassure you that there is no indication of any breach or compromise within Flipster’s systems. Your assets remain secure, and our internal reviews have not identified any unusual activity.
That said, in today’s digital environment, we believe in staying one step ahead. As a precautionary measure, we encourage everyone to consider these simple steps to strengthen your account security:
- Check if your credentials may have appeared in known leaks
- Change your passwords immediately if you’ve used them across platforms or suspect they may have been compromised
- Avoid reusing the same password across different services
- Turn on 2FA for an added layer of protection
At Flipster, we’ve built strong safeguards to protect you. From MPC-based custody and cold storage to ISO/IEC 27001-certified security practices and real-time threat monitoring, we remain committed to keeping our platform and your assets safe.
We have also introduced Passkey support, offering a more secure and seamless alternative to traditional passwords. And with our new Device Management feature, you can view all devices signed in to your account — and end any unfamiliar sessions immediately. This is now available on the web, with mobile rollout coming soon.
We’re monitoring the situation closely. If anything changes, you’ll hear from us directly.
Stay safe,
Team Flipster
