Minimum trade volume with value greater than or equal to 5,000,000 USDT (USDT + USD1 equivalent) within 30 days to qualify for VIP1 Status.
- The last 30 days' total trade volume is calculated hourly
- Trade Volume for both Spot and Perpetual Swap will be considered in the 30-day total trade volume
- VIP Status has an expiry date of 7 days from the moment that it is awarded
- Please note, however, that VIP Status refreshes as long as trade volume with a value greater than or equal to 5,000,000 USDT(USDT + USD1 equivalent) within 30 days is maintained

Q: Why is my staked USDT in other events not applied to my VIP eligibility?
A: Your VIP status is determined by the available USDT/USD1 wallet balance in your account, excluding any funds that are staked. When you stake funds, they are no longer part of your available balance and thus do not contribute to your VIP eligibility.
Example:
If you hold 25,000 USDT (USDT + USD1 equivalent) in your account and stake the entire amount, you will no longer meet the VIP requirements.
To maintain your VIP status while participating in the event, you may:
- Deposit additional funds into your account to ensure your available balance still meets the VIP Program requirements.
- Unstake funds from the other event to retain a sufficient balance in your account to qualify for VIP status.

Qualify through trading volume by meeting the trade volume criteria of 5,000,000 USDT (USDT + USD1 equivalent) or more within a 30-day period.
Q: How does the new Cross Margin Auto-Exchange affect my VIP balance?
A: When using Cross Margin, if your account experiences a negative USDT balance of ≤ -5,000 USDT, the system will automatically convert supported assets to USDT to maintain margin requirements.
The Auto-Exchange Priority is:
BTC → ETH → USDe → USDC → USDT → pUSDT → Flipster Bonus
These conversions may temporarily affect your available USDT wallet balance. If your USDT balance falls below the required VIP threshold during auto-conversion, your VIP status may be affected until the balance is restored.
Note: The VIP program only considers available USDT and USD1 wallet balances for eligibility, not cross margin collateral value.
Q: Are there any additional benefits after achieving the VIP status?
A: Yes, achieving VIP status comes with several additional benefits.
VIP unlocks significant benefits, including lower trading fees (as low as 2.5bps).
VIPs also enjoy 100% Max Open Interest (OI) from VIP4 onwards, 4x Launchpool multipliers for selected launchpools, and participation in daily reward pools starting from VIP2.

Q: Am I eligible to participate in both the "Flipster VIP Program - 240617" and the "Flipster Earn Campaign - 240403" concurrently?
A: Yes. Participants are welcome to join both programs simultaneously. However, please be aware that each program has its specific participation criteria that must be met.
Q: When will I receive my reward?
A: Participants eligible for the campaign rewards will receive campaign rewards directly into their Flipster accounts within 7 days of the system snapshot that will be taken daily at 00:00 UTC. Kindly note that reward distribution will only begin from 24 June 2024 by 23:59 UTC.
Q: Why is the bonus received missing from the account?
A: Please note that the campaign rewards awarded in Flipster Bonus will expire every day at 00:05 UTC unless trading volume for the preceding 30 days has exceeded 10x the total USDT value of the Flipster Bonus.
